Research & Understanding

/

01

Before touching any design tool, I immerse myself in the problem — understanding the business, the users, and the landscape it exists in.

  • Requirement Gathering

Collect project briefs, documents, and relevant information.

  • Competitive Analysis

Study similar products to understand the market landscape.

  • Business Understanding

Dive deep into how the business operates and its workflows.

  • Problem Identification

Pinpoint the key pain points the product needs to solve.

  • Problem Definition

Define the problem space before any solution is explored.

Map Solutions & Journey

/

02

With the problem clearly defined, I begin shaping potential solutions — visualizing how users will move through the product and where the experience needs to be most intentional.

  • Solution Exploration

Identify design directions that serve users and business goals.

  • User Personas

Build personas that represent real target audiences and behaviours.

  • Information Architecture

Structure the product logic and content with a clear IA map.

  • User Flow Mapping

Visualize complete journeys and every critical decision point.

  • Edge Case Analysis

Anticipate gaps and overlooked scenarios within the flow.

Concept & Sketching.

03

Ideas take their first real shape here — rough, intentional, and grounded in research before a single high-fidelity pixel is placed.

  • Mood Boarding

Gather visual references to establish tone, style, and direction.

  • Initial Sketching

Translate early ideas into rough layouts to explore structure freely.

  • UX Structuring

Formalize the IA, user flows, and wireframe blueprints.

  • Content Hierarchy

Define what users see first and why before visual work begins.

  • Concept Validation

Cross-check the concept against the defined problem.

Crafting the Design

/

04

This is where structure becomes visual — building a scalable, polished product that is as logical as it is beautiful.

  • Branding Foundation

Establish the visual language — colors, typography, and tone.

  • Design System Setup

Build a scalable system of reusable, product-tailored components.

  • High-Fidelity UI

Bring wireframes to life with polished, production-ready designs.

  • Prototyping

Create interactive prototypes that simulate a realistic experience.

  • A/B Testing

Validate key design decisions with real comparative data.

Testing & Handoff

/

05

The design is only complete when it has been tested, challenged, and proven — then handed off with full clarity for the team to build.

  • Client Presentation

Walk stakeholders through the prototype with clear rationale.

  • Usability Testing

Test with real users to surface friction and usability gaps.

  • Feedback Collection

Gather structured, actionable insights from clients and users.

  • Design Iteration

Refine the design based on validated feedback and findings.

  • Final Handoff

Deliver the approved design ready for development and publish.

{06} — FAQ

Got Questions?

Got Questions?

01/

What is your typical project timeline?

My project timeline typically ranges from 2 to 7 weeks, depending on the scale and complexity of the product. Smaller web or app projects can be completed within this range — or even sooner. Larger, more complex products may extend beyond it. Every timeline is driven entirely by the scope of the work, but on average, most projects land comfortably within this window. After an initial consultation, I'll outline a clear timeline with key milestones so you always know what to expect at every stage.

02/

Do you offer support during the development phase or if minimal changes are needed after design approval?

Absolutely. I offer post-design support to ensure the product is built exactly as intended. Minor adjustments — whether adding or removing features within the existing scope — are covered at no additional cost. However, if a completely new feature is required outside of the original scope, that will be discussed and priced separately. My goal is to make sure the transition from design to development is as smooth as possible.

03/

Can you work with existing brand guidelines and design systems?

Yes, absolutely. I'm fully comfortable working within existing brand guidelines and design systems. I have hands-on experience enhancing live products — whether that means refining existing features, maintaining visual consistency, or integrating new features that align seamlessly with the established system.

04/

How do you handle revisions and feedback?

Revisions and feedback are a crucial part of the process. I typically offer a set number of revision rounds to refine the design based on your input. I ensure clear communication throughout, so your vision is brought to life effectively.

05/

How do I get started?

Just reach out! We’ll discuss your needs, create a plan, and get to work on your product.
